1987-1993 Mustang Engine Cooling Kit
Cool off your Mustang with this Engine Cooling Kit. Includes new fan blade, fan clutch, radiator air deflector and all needed hardware. The cooling kit replaces the components of your Mustang’s cooling system most likely to fail, or in the case of the air deflector, become lost.
Product Note
This kit is only applicable with factory-style reverse rotation water pumps.
Mustang Fan Blade
A common problem with Mustang fan blades is excessive cracks between each blade causing the fan to come apart. Replace it with the cooling kit before you have to order a replacement radiator!
Mustang Fan Clutch
When your Mustang fan clutch fails normally it will stop engaging and will allow the fan to spin freely, not pulling in the amount of air required to cool your Mustang’s engine. This will cause your engine to overheat and for your air conditioning to stop cooling as well because the air conditioner’s condenser is located in front of your Mustang’s radiator.
Mustang Air Deflector
Having the Radiator Air Deflector intact & properly installed on your 1987-1993 Fox Body Mustang is essential to proper cooling. It attaches to the bottom of the Radiator Core Support & helps direct air up through the A/C Condenser and Radiator. This air dam is usually ripped off when you hit a speed bump or a flooded street in your Mustang.
