Elite Mustang Garage Sales Return Policy
Please contact us within 30 days of purchase if you need to return a product. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee when returned after 30 days of purchase. Any item(s) with a purchase date greater than 1 year will not be accepted.
You must create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning your item. RMA numbers can be obtained by contacting our returns department and starting a return request. Please create one RMA per order. Multiple items from the same order can be returned using the same RMA.
Elite Mustang Garage Sales reserves the right to refuse any item(s) returned without prior authorization. Returns are usually processed within 4 business days of receipt at our facility. Some products cannot be returned—please see the list of non-returnable products below.
Freight, shipping, and handling fees incurred on the original order are not refunded on returned items or orders.
Installed, altered, modified, assembled, and/or used products are NOT eligible for return. All returned items must be complete and in the original packaging in a resalable condition. If any component(s) of a returned item is missing, the return will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please visit our Shipping Policy or contact a Customer Care Representative for assistance. Elite Mustang Garage Sales reserves the right to refuse any item returned under false pretenses. Such items will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
To save our customers time and money, elitemustanggaragesales.com may provide return shipping labels when available. The cost of return shipping can be viewed before printing and will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is processed. Return labels may be generated through approved shipping carriers at discounted rates. However, this may not always be the most economical shipping method depending on the item.
We recommend keeping all tracking information until your refund has been received. Once you receive an email confirming your return has been processed by Elite Mustang Garage Sales, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Note: Shipping labels are not provided for truck freight shipments due to prohibitive freight costs and the logistics of oversized items.

Unauthorized Returns
If you return a product without an RMA number, processing may take up to 4 weeks and a 10% restocking fee may apply. If the item is not eligible for return, it will be returned to the sender.
Cash Payment Refunds
If you paid with cash, your refund will be issued either as cash or by company check.
